Ponytail Palm
A Ponytail palm tree (Nolina recurvata) is a very interesting plant. It is closely related to Yuccas. It is one of the easiest plants to grow outdoors and indoors.
A Ponytail palm tree is sometimes called the Elephant’s foot because of its large base sometimes looking as an elephant feet. In wild Nolina recurvata grows 30 feet tall and its base can reach 4 feet across. A Ponytail palm has a swollen, inflated trunk and lush green grass-like leaves.
